Hi,
   I like Knoppix been using it for years for offline virus scanning and resetting windows admin passwords. But now I am having some issues.  We had an employee that left  the company and password protected all of his documents before he left and wont give them to us.  I know there are web sights that will do this for you for a fee.  But I would like to find a Open Source way to completed this task.  Any help would be great
